This thread is here to answer questions about my story. You can also make suggestions. I want to eventually get my website along with a wika running but I need some help with that. This will be updated often. This will also be updated through posts and PMs received.
I will answer a few questions you may already have:
Q: What was the original purpose of the Dimension Destiny Project.
A: Geovanni wanted to create a game world that was more than just occupying their mind. He wanted something that anyone could enjoy. The game world had many options which even allowed the person to feel pain. (If the person was brave enough.) The game system was going to be a huge success but there was still many issues to fix before it could be released. The game system had many different ways to play and different games as well.
Q: What did happen to Geovanni?
A: No one really knows for now. However, he is still alive...somewhere.
Q: What was Waylen's life like before VFL turned bad.
A: Actually quite normal. He met Leasha like 8 months ago and ever since they have been together. Waylen was always trying to make her laugh and treat her with great kindness. He would rescue her from anything if it meant he could save her.
Q: Was Mazon always evil? Did he plan everything from the beginning, even at a young age?
A: He was indeed at least very spoiled. Did he plan everything that happened? Some or most of the events he actually did. However, he doesn't know where his grandfather is. That is an example of things that were not planned for.
Q: Who is Mazon's father? He wasn't ever mentioned once. Did he vanish or something? I demand to know the truth!
A: Edit: Max is his father. However, that is all we know due to the mystery of his disappearance. He however may still be alive...perhaps
Q: I am confused. How in the world did Geovanni open up a portal to this “game dimension”?
A: No one really knows how. Some say he used the new energy source (Powernite) to open up that gate. Others think evil may be afoot.
Q: What is up with Mazon's ridiculous title? What is up with his obsession with number 1337?
A: Very simple: His big ego. He thinks he is all that and much more.
Q: What is ROD (Raiders of Destiny)? Who started ROD?
A: When Mazon was young (around 15), he started a gang originally named Pirate Operators Unite. It was just a bunch of punks who stole stuff globally. It was then renamed to ROD after he gave it a new goal. That goal was to aid his new cause which was to enslave everyone into the Dimension of Destiny.
Q: What is Mac Greevil like? Is he some kind of nut who likes to watch people get hurt?
A: Not exactly. He does love violence but for a period of time he didn't take it to an extreme. After he joined VFL he started to become increasingly blood thirsty for some violence.
Q: What was currently in the DOD before Mazon changed it. Now what is in it?
A: Before Mazon edited the main world inside the Dimension of Destiny, it was basically a world filled with fun, peace, and challenges for gamers. There was always something for anyone in DOD. To explain more: You could take vacations in various places. You could just hang out or do the challenges the game had to offer. It wasn't just for gamers...It was basically a vacation from your world.
Now the World is somewhat the same but it is basically a prison that you can only escape by beating the challenges. However, Mazon is always adding more content so it is much longer and harder to escape. He is now basically the GM of the dimension.
Q: What are the “experiments” I keep hearing about? What is with the rings and sword Mazon found?
A: Those experiments are created to reinforce Mazon's new world 'order'. They were all once human but some have a few exceptions. He created them all using various techniques. The most common were made from exposing them to high contents of Powernite and random DNA from various creatures. However with each experiment made, he got more creative. Mazon's greatest creation was experiment 1337 (which was his brother).
The ring he has now is a tool that he will use to control most of the experiments and DOD. He claims he didn't make the ring but when he really did. Mazon lured Saragace into a trap and now temporarily has control over him. However, the most shocking is the fact that the ring has no control over Dave (experiment 1337). Mazon did find the sword instead of making it. Along with its discovery, he also discovered Dark Diamond- the new densest material in the world. Mazon fused the bones of the newer experiments with Dark Diamond. Which increases their strength incredibly. (Along with other things)
Q: Did Saragace really plan on being betrayed? Didn't he know his ring would be his own downfall?
A: While he did plan on being betrayed, he didn't know how or what with. He knew nothing about being controlled by the ring.
Q: What is the significance of Viv Ivins' name?
A: In Roman Numerals her name is VI VI VI=666. The fact that she is also experiment 666 may just be coincidence. Even though Saragace is related to Viv Ivins, he still tormented her. As a laugh, Mazon give him the middle name Viv so Mazon could call them both experiment 666. The beast is also the nickname for the experiment due to the nature of the experiment its self!
Q: Is the older part of the story going to be changed or revised?
A: Most defiantly. Specially the Prelude and first two chapters. I am always revising some of the older chapters. I do feel however that the Prelude needs to be rewritten. I am flexible with the content.
Q: I have a suggestion. How should I go about delivering it you?
A: There are three or more ways. The best is probably to PM me. The next would to be to post in this thread or the story thread. Don't be shy, there is a chance for one of your suggestions going live.

Q: This seems very complex. Can you translate or something? I find some of the parts confusing.
A: Naturally this story is going to be very complex due to the nature it is in. There are a lot of things to grasp. If you read it even five to ten times you may still not get it or be confused. That is what this thread is all about. I will generally make things easier to understand over time.
Q: Why do some of the characters seem to be generally too silly or something; specially the beginning.
A: I got to admit for the first few chapters I was trying too hard or doing it for a laugh. This is another reason some of the parts are going to be changed up a bit. As of right now, if you read the current last chapter unreleased you will notice that it is a lot more serious.
Q: When will some action happen?
A: Things are getting set up. After all, it is only the beginning of the story. The story is explaining certain things for now and starting some tensions.
Q: What year is the events happening in? I sure know none of this could happen now or possibly ever.
A: First of all, this is a sci-fi kind of story. Also, let's just say the year is between 2020 and 2200.
Q: I heard from somewhere that this story will lead to another one. Also that you even have already wrote some of it. Then that would mean you are just filling in the blanks of this story, right?
A: I have wrote some of what will be the next part in this series. This story is actually being written because the other story needed a beginning and it kind of came out of nowhere. This story will cover lots of subjects and will reveal quite a few interesting things. It is being perfected, hang in there.
Q: What are your plans with this story? What are some of your goals.
A: An excellent question. My goal is write this story and publish it and interest lots of people into the series which I will write. I even plan on taking this story even further by...I'd rather surprise you than tell you anything more
Q: You said we would get results “soon”. We're waiting!
A: "Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future. "Soon" shall make no contract or warranty between Derek and the reader. "Soon" will arrive some day, Derek does guarantee that "soon" will be here before the end of time. Maybe. Do not make plans based on "soon" as Derek will not be liable for any misuse, use, or even casual glancing at "soon".™
