Welcome to the SMG application page. We hope you have read carefully all the information on the previous page, as it is necessary for completing the test below.

You must provide an email address to receive confirmation of your acceptance or rejection. Hotmail addresses cannot be used to register with this site. If you use Yahoo, your confirmation message will automatically route to your junk box, so be sure to check your junk mail box.

As a reminder, once you complete your application, a class leader will attempt to contact you within 3 days. Make yourself available! If after 3 days you have not heard from a class leader, whisper any officer. You can find them all on the Officer tab, at the top of this page, just next to the "Join SMG" button you clicked previously.

If you are accepted, you will enter a trial period with a rank of Initiate. This period usually takes at least one month. You can participate in all guild activities as an Initiate. After this time, your status will be re-evaluated for promotion to full membership. You can be terminated from the guild at any time during your Initiate period for breaching our rules. You will likely receive a warning prior to termination. Take these warnings seriously.

NOTE: If you are applying to join SMG, complete all fields below. If you are a guild friend or need access to the Web site only, complete only the first five fields.
