OFFICER POSITIONS EXPLAINED

Guildmaster - The guildmaster of SMG. He/she establishes the guild direction and has the definite voice in all decisions.

Assistant Guildmaster  - An officer with full access to all guild assets. Able to function as the guildmaster in case of guildmaster's absence. He/she is also the guild bank manager.

Raidmaster - An officer in charge of raiding in SMG. He may or may not lead raids himself, but he oversees the progression of raids, deals with raid-related problems and is a resource to the raid leaders.

Player Admin - An officer that deals with player complaints and investigates player problems. He also may deal with problems created by players.

Recruitment Admin - An officer in charge of the recruiting process, applications and new member handling. She has the biggest say in the new recruit applications and overlooks that sphere.

Newbie Admin - An officer in charge of overseeing the well-being and needs of the new people in the guild. She has the administrative role in bridging the gap between newbies and veterans.

Sphere Advisors - Leaders of each class (tanking, healing, DPS, etc.) They have the experience to guide and advise all classmembers or know where to go for answers. Use them as resource to become better raiders and better players!

General Duties - Officers who do not currently hold a set sphere of influence but contribute through various projects and online supervision.
